Christmas Party FAQs – Birmingham (ICC)

No minimum booking is required for our Birmingham Christmas parties at the ICC. However, groups of fewer than 8 guests may be seated with another small group.
You can reserve your tickets for up to 10 days without obligation. To confirm your Birmingham Christmas party booking, a £20 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit per person is required. From September onwards, deposits must be paid at the time of booking. Final payment is due 8 weeks before your event at the ICC Birmingham.
Dress to impress! We recommend glamorous party wear. Ripped jeans, trainers, caps, and sportswear are not permitted at our ICC events.
Guests must be aged 16+. Alcohol will only be served to those over 18 with valid ID. We operate Challenge 25 throughout all Birmingham party nights.
We’ll do our best to accommodate changes depending on availability. Cancellations must be made in writing by the party organiser. Deposits are non-refundable/non-transferable. Refund policies apply based on notice period before the event. See our full terms and conditions for details.
Tickets (if issued) are sent 2–3 weeks prior to your Birmingham event date, once your balance is paid and all information submitted.
You can pay via bank transfer, card, or using your Party Leader Login Dashboard. Always quote your booking reference when paying by bank transfer.
If payment is not received by the deadline, your ICC Birmingham booking may be automatically cancelled and deposits lost. Please pay on time to avoid disappointment.
Full payment is due 8 weeks before your Christmas party at the ICC. If booking less than 8 weeks in advance, payment is due in full on booking.
Tables typically seat up to 10 guests. We have a limited number of tables for 12. Larger parties are seated on adjacent tables.
Final table plans are confirmed just before your event. Your hostess will provide your table number upon arrival at the ICC.
Yes, all Birmingham party organisers must assign guests to their allocated tables through the online system at least 4 weeks before the event.
Yes! Our professional photographer will be available throughout the evening for formal and candid shots.
Event photos will be uploaded to our Facebook page a few days after the party. Check back to see all the highlights from your Birmingham night!
Once your deposit is paid, you’ll receive login details for your online dashboard, where you can manage menus, guest names, seating, and payments.
No problem. Use placeholders like Guest 1, Guest 2 etc. and update them later through the dashboard.
You can leave email fields blank or use one email for the group. Email addresses are optional but useful for menu submissions and reminders.
No. ICC Birmingham does not allow outside alcohol or beverages to be brought into the venue under any circumstances.
Yes. Pre-ordered drinks and vouchers must be placed no later than 2 weeks before your party night and must be paid for in full to be confirmed.
No. ICC Birmingham operates under a strict premises licence which prohibits removing alcohol from the venue.
Once deposits are paid, you’ll get access to the guest dashboard. Guests can submit their own menu choices or you can enter them manually by logging in.
Yes. We offer a set three-course menu with a vegetarian option. All guests must pre-select their dishes.
We have allergen information available on request. Our catering team can adapt the menu with advance notice. Please notify us when submitting menu choices.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer alternative dishes outside of the set menu and vegetarian option.
Final menu selections must be submitted no later than 6 weeks before your Birmingham Christmas party event.
If menu choices aren’t submitted by the deadline, meals will be selected automatically and dietary needs may not be accommodated.
Yes. A £20 per person deposit is required to secure your place after your 10-day holding period, or immediately for bookings made from September onwards.
